You Should Drink Water With Minerals For Your Heal!
Human being can live for weeks without having any food, but can only maintain his life for 3 days maximum without drinking any water. 20% water loss from the body can result in death. Water carries oxygen, minerals and vitamins to the cells and provide for the discharge of the toxins by makinf kidneys to work and balances the flow rate and the amount of the blood, it cleans the body and it increases resistance of the body against illnessess. The minerals and the trace amount of elements that are contained within the water, which is the foundation of the live, are building blocks, which have vital importance for tissues and bones.
- 92%of the blood,
- 22% of the bones,
- 75% of the brain and the muscles,
- 80% of body for babies and 70% of the body for adults is water.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS THAT WATER PROVIDE FOR THE BODY OF THE HUMAN BEINGS?
While water takes its place for the physical, chemical and biological events within the body of the human beings as the basic element of the life, it has its role for the continuation and for the preservation of the health with the elements that it contains
- It provides for the dissolving and conveying of the minerals in the body.
- It contributes for the food that we take to be transformed into energy.
- It provides for the regulation of the body temperature and the water balance.
- It is the most important factor for humidifying the skin. Because the loss of water from our skin takes its toll on the early aging.
- It helps for the toxic substances to be removed from our body and for the cleaning of our body.
- It contributes for our organs and especially for our kidneys to work in regular order.
- It humidifies the oxygen during breathing and helps us to breathe easily.
- It plays role of cushioning at the joints and regulates the movements of the joints.
WHY AND HOW MUCH WATER SHOULD WE DRINK?
The daily need for water for an average adult is around 2,5 litres. We should have at least 2 litres of this amount (8 glasses) as direct water. The daily need for water for people who are carrying out sportive activity and for people, who have weight of more than 70 kg, is around 3-3,5 litres. Since the drinks like coffee, tea, cola, which are drunk with the thought that they will take care of our need for water, contain diuretical substances, when these are drunk, they cause for the increase of the amount of the urine that is discharged from the body and cause for the loss of water from the body. The benefits of having required amount of water for the health can be stated as the following:
- Since drinking water will provide for all of the functions of the body to work in the right and efficient way, it increases the resistance against illnesses.
- It helps to get rid of the harmful toxic substances from out body.
- It prevents the constipation.
- Since 75% of the muscles are water, drinking required amount of water increases physical performance.
- Since 75% of our brain has been created from water, it provides for faster and better thinking capability.
- Since it humidifies the breathing channels, it helps us to breathe more easily.
- It prevents drying and early wrinkling of the skin by humidifying it.
- When less amount of water is drunk, then the body tries to obtain its lack of water from food and this situation causes for excessive need for eating. Drinking water, both prevents excessive eating and helps to burn out the fat as well.

WHICH WATER HAS THE BETTER QUALITY?
Another point, which is important as much as drinking water at least, is the quality of water that is drunk and its features. The fact that the drinking water has characteristics suitable for the international standards and contain elements that are beneficial for the body in suitable amounts, are rather important with regards to the health of the human beings. Because, according to the researches that are carried out by the World Health Organisation, the problems related to the water and the hygiene are 9.1% of the causes for the illnesses that are recorded in the world for every year. The rate of illness and death, which is related to the unhealthy drinking water conditions is increasing as the level of development of the country decreases.
Drink water with minerals!
The chemistry of the water you drink determines the chemistry of your body at the same time.
The researches that have been carried emphasise that the richness of the water in terms of minerals is as important as the fact that the water is micro-biologically clean. Whether the water carries any amount of minerals is determined from its hardness. Experts indicate that hard water has more quality as oppose to the general belief within the public. It is indicated that water with soft drinkability contain less amount of minerals as compared to hard water.
While the minerals contained in the water ease the treatment of many illnesses, it also delays the aging
Minerals in the water provide for 10% of the daily need
A normal human being takes 2.5 litres of water in a day and the drinking water counts for 80% of the total water intake. The inorganic elements, eventhough they are in low levels, their total amount, which is taken from water, should not be ignored. Besides, minerals in the water are in the form of free ionic and easily absorbable. Norrmal intake of drinking water provides the 10% of the need for lithium, zinc, calsium, copper, magnesium, iron and fluoride for an normal human being.
HARD WATER (WATER WITH MINERALS) ARE MORE BENEFICIAL!
Experts indicate that hard water has more quality as oppose to the general belief within the public. It is indicated that water with soft drinkability contain less amount of minerals as compared to hard water!
The calcium and magnesium salts, which are contained in the water as solution, determines the hardness degree of the water. The calcium and magnesium bi-carbonate salts create the ”temporary hardness” and the calcium and magnesium chloride, sulphate, nitrate, phosphate and silica salts create the “permanent hardess”. The permanent and the temporary hardness create together the “total hardness” or the “general hardness”. In other words, the hard water term indicates the richness of the water in terms of the minerals like, calcium, magnesium, phosphate. The bi-carbonates of calcium and magnesium are in balance with the carbondioxid in waters. It is thought that the harmful substances like, lead, copper and cadmium are in less amounts for the hard waters. The calcium contained in the water has an important role for this protective effect. Calcium prevents the toxic ions to be absorbed through the intestines and mixed with the blood biologically.
Hard water is especially beneficial for children in the adolescence period!
Children, who are especially during their growing and developing ages, obtain large part of their daily calcium needs from calcium salts contained in water.
Calcium is the element of the body of the human beings, which is the most important and which contains most of the minerals. Required amount of calcium intake is the basis for normal growth and health. Hard waters are very important as the source of the calcium and in situations, where this substance is lacking.
Soft waters cause heart, vein and thyroid illnesses!
Soft waters are tasteless and flat. Additionally, when the hardness of the soft water is less than 2 edg/cubicmeter, it has been determined that it most probably causes heart, vein and thyroid illnesses.
It has been determined amongst people, who live in regions where there are sweet or soft water have more illnesses of atheoskoloric and degenerative heart deseases and more sudden deaths occuring more frequently being related to high blood pressure and cardiovascular.
Soft waters cause corrosion on the conveying lines. These water may contain toxic substances like lead, copper, cadmium, zinc and the similar ones that they contact in higher amounts since their high level of permeabilities.
Minerals contained in the water should be protected when water is processed!
The process of purifying and softening the water for practical and aesthetic purposes should be overviewed again. According to the reserches of the World Health Organisation, more conservative approach should be applied for water softening processes in order to protect the mineral content of the water, which is available in natural form anyway. *
